ما هي ساعات العمل الإضافية نظاماً؟
تُعرّف ساعات العمل الإضافية بأنها الساعات التي تؤدى بأمر من صاحب العمل أو نتيجة ظروف عمل طارئة تتجاوز ساعات العمل الفعلية المعتادة (8 ساعات يومياً أو 48 ساعة أسبوعياً).
الآلية القانونية لـ حساب الاوفر تايم:
وفقاً للمادة (107) من نظام العمل، يستحق العامل عن ساعات العمل الإضافية أجراً يوازي أجر الساعة العادية مضافاً إليه نسبة لا تقل عن (50%) من أجر الأساس.
المعادلة الحسابية المبسطة:
استخراج أجر الساعة العادية: (الراتب $\div$ 30 يوماً $\div$ 8 ساعات).
ضرب الناتج في 1.5 للحصول على قيمة ساعة الأوفر تايم.
ضرب القيمة الناتجة في إجمالي عدد ساعات العمل الإضافية بالشهر.
